DeepSights goes everywhere: Market Logic plugs its market-intelligence AI into Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude via MCP

Berlin's Market Logic Software has made DeepSights MCP generally available: its AI market-intelligence platform now answers inside Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Glean, with cited, governed evidence instead of generic model knowledge.

Berlin-based Market Logic Software has made DeepSights MCP generally available, plugging its AI market-intelligence platform directly into the assistants employees already use. The Model Context Protocol connection lets Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Glean and other MCP-compatible assistants and agents call on DeepSights whenever a question depends on knowledge of the market — and it is live for DeepSights customers today.

The idea is to move curated market knowledge out of the insights team's dashboards and into every AI workflow in the business. Once the MCP connection is in place, assistants consult DeepSights as a matter of course to answer questions about customers, categories and competitors, and automated multi-step workflows can pull expert market input before handing work off to other agents.

“Your AI knows your company. DeepSights knows your market”

“Your AI knows your company. DeepSights knows your market,” said Olaf Lenzmann, Chief Innovation and Product Officer at Market Logic. The company argues that customers have spent years and significant budgets building a unique understanding of their consumers and markets — and that the MCP makes that hard-won understanding a standard layer in enterprise AI, so it actually shapes decisions instead of sitting in reports nobody reopens.

Governance is the pitch

The launch is aimed squarely at a real enterprise anxiety: decisions being fed by incomplete or misleading information from generic AIs. DeepSights works only on trusted data and cites its references in every answer, analyzing information the way an insights expert does — separating signal from noise. Crucially, the governance model travels with the connection: the insights team continues to decide which sources are trusted, and DeepSights user permissions carry through the MCP into whatever is shared through other assistants. Because the connection is built on the open Model Context Protocol, the same governed layer serves every assistant and agent a company adopts.

Why it matters

Large organizations invest tens of millions of dollars a year in consumer and market research, and the return on that spend depends entirely on how widely — and how often — the resulting insights shape real business decisions. Today that reach is gated by who bothers to open the insights platform. If the MCP bet pays off, the market-intelligence layer follows employees into Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, and the insights team's curated evidence becomes the default answer instead of the model's best guess.

Market Logic is not alone in seeing MCP as the distribution channel for specialist AI — vendors across healthcare, legal and sales intelligence are racing to become the trusted layer their vertical's agents consult. The winners will be the ones enterprises already trust with the underlying data. DeepSights' pitch is that the trust is already banked; the MCP just removes the friction. Watch which assistants and agent frameworks adopt it next — that adoption list is the real leaderboard for this race.
