Physitrack prices its AI-powered EMR at $59.99 a month, $19 for the AI scribe — 100 clinics sign up in five days
Physitrack revealed the commercial model for its AI-powered electronic medical record for physical therapy: free through early access until January 2027, then $59.99 per user per month — with a $19 AI scribe add-on. More than 100 clinics signed up in the first five days.

Physitrack has put a price on its AI-powered electronic medical record. The London-listed healthtech company announced the commercial model on Monday for Physitrack EMR, its next-generation EMR for physical therapy and rehabilitation practices: free through early access until January 1, 2027, then $59.99 per user per month — with the AI scribe as a $19 add-on. The launch, it says, is already pulling in customers: more than 100 clinics representing over 500 potential end users signed up for early access in the first five days after the September 28 launch.
The price sheet
The EMR is sold as a single bundle with Physitrack’s existing home exercise prescription (HEP) subscription and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), with optional add-ons on top. For US clinics:
- Early access is free until January 1, 2027.
- Clinics that join before then lock in a founder rate of $41.99 per user per month for 12 months.
- The list price from January 1, 2027 is $59.99 per user per month.
- The optional AI scribe add-on costs $19 per clinician per month ($15 at the founder rate) — a full list price of $78.99.
- RTM patient usage is priced separately at $8 per active plan of care.
The company also expects to add payment processing within Physitrack EMR during 2027, letting clinics collect patient payments directly through the platform. For an existing US customer paying list price, moving to the EMR raises the monthly price per user from $23.99 to $59.99 — the company’s bet that becoming the system of record, not just a tool alongside it, multiplies revenue per provider.

An EMR where AI does more of the work
Physitrack describes the product as an EMR where AI handles more of the work around the clinician, with home exercise prescription at the heart of the patient journey. The system is powered by agentic AI, and it ships with an integration to Claim.MD, a US healthcare claims clearinghouse, for billing and insurance claims workflows — one of the chronic pain points of running a small PT practice.
CEO and co-founder Henrik Molin said: “The response since launch has been very encouraging. In just five days, more than 100 clinics representing over 500 potential end users have signed up for early access, an early sign of real appetite for a different kind of EMR. We’re only at the beginning, but it’s a very promising start.”
The backdrop: Physitrack’s software is already trusted by more than 110,000 providers and organizations across 170+ countries. The company believes moving from a product used alongside a practice’s system to the system itself increases both what it’s worth to each customer and how long those customers stay — in a physical therapy EMR market it estimates at $1.43–1.60 billion today, growing to $2.5–3.4 billion by 2030–2035.

What to watch
Early access freebies are easy; paid conversion in January is the test. Watch whether founder-rate clinics stick around when the $41.99 meter starts running — and whether the AI scribe justifies its $19 line item for busy practices. The 2027 payments functionality is a second revenue leg to watch, and the company’s early access waitlist is the earliest public signal of whether the 100-clinic start was the opening rush or the start of a trend.
